Job Description:
Flint International is seeking a seasoned SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC and play a key role in ensuring the security of our clients’ digital assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security analysts in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
  • Develop and implement SOC processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and address security threats.
  • Conduct regular assessments of SOC performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve SOC capabilities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during incident response activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a SOC management or leadership role, with at least 12 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM platforms, incident response methodologies, and threat intelligence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies.
