Job Description
Zelis is seeking a vigilant SOC Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. As a SOC Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events to protect our organization’s IT infrastructure and sensitive data from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring security alerts and incidents from various sources, including SIEM tools and security devices.
- Investigating and analyzing security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Responding to security incidents in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Conducting security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a security operations role, preferably in a SOC environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or GIAC.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence feeds and tools for threat hunting.
• Experience with incident response and forensic analysis techniques.
