Job Description

Company – NMS Consultant

Location – Mumbai

Work Experience – 4+ years of experience required

Responsibilities –

  • To Develop and deliver ICS/OT Cyber Security strategy, governance, frameworks policies, procedures and guidance documents for Client across all sector and geographical region
  • To Evaluate security gaps in industrial control systems (ICS) & OT environment, and drive implementation of controls to mitigate the same
  • To Lead ICS security vulnerability assessments, risk assessment and remediation activities along with providing recommendations across a broad range of security domains
  • To provide consultancy for Security standards (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework etc.)
  • Support the Regional Solution Architects in Advisory & Consulting engagements, to assess customers current ICS/OT/IIOT technology landscape & CyberSecurity posture, conduct maturity assessments and help develop actionable roadmaps / business case for improving ICS/OT/IIoT Security maturity
  • Provide Pre-sales solutions & opportunity pursuit support to Regional Evangelist / Sales teams, to jointly-engage with customers to help identify requirements, develop solutions, pursue opportunities and win new projects in the ICS/OT/IIoT CyberSecurity domain
  • Tech-Days, Client workshops and MVD/Collaborative Solutioning Sessions

Business responsibility –

  • Developing ICS/OT cyber-security strategies and implementing transformation programmers.
  • Building and developing long term relationships with senior stakeholders across the market including with our client organizations.
  • Participate in Cyber-Security transformational and long term strategic engagements.
  • Be able to advocate innovative cyber-security offerings
  • Understand all Inspira offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
  • Build strong internal relationships within Global Practice team and with other services across the organization.
  • Work closely with People and Organization Directors and client teams to build strong relationships at all levels and act as the day-to-day project manager
