Job Description:
Cyber Security Hive is seeking a talented IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for individuals with 3-4 years of experience in ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2 T1/T2 compliance. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage effectively with clients to understand their compliance needs.
2. Provide expert guidance and solutions on ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2 T1/T2 compliance.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
4. Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
5. Deliver clear and concise reports and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (3-4 years) in ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOC2 T1/T2 compliance.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
5. Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CISA, or CISSP are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a consulting or advisory role.
• Familiarity with other compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or PCI DSS.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
