Job Description

EXL is seeking an experienced IT Control Testing Specialist to join our advisory/Consulting Practice. The role involves conducting IT general Control Testing (ITGC’s) and IT Application Control (ITAC’s), with a focus on ERP applications, particularly SAP. The successful candidate will also be involved in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 management testing (Sox Testing) and risk-based audits. This position offers the flexibility of remote work or the option to work from our offices in Noida, Gurgaon, or Pune.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT general Control (ITGC) testing
  • Perform Sarbanes-Oxley 404 management testing (Sox Testing)
  • Execute risk-based audits
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with IT controls
Job Requirements

• 3-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of IT control testing methodologies
• Experience with ERP applications, particularly SAP
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent
