Job Description
Randstad is seeking experienced ITGC Specialists for SA1 and SA2 levels to join our prestigious Big4 client’s team. This role involves working closely with top-tier clients in the ITGC domain, focusing on ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, SOC, TOD, and TOE. External Audit experience is a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments and audits.
- Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX and SOC.
- Perform testing of controls and document findings.
- Provide recommendations for remediation of control deficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Mechanical (Mech), Business Administration (MBA), Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in ITGC domain, with a focus on External Audit.
• Proficiency in ITGC, SOX, SOC, TOD, and TOE frameworks.
• Strong understanding of external audit processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in IT Audit, such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
• Advanced degree in relevant field, such as MBA or M.Tech.
• Previous experience working with Big4 firms or similar consulting organizations.
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality results in complex audit environments.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.a
