Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and strengthen the organization’s information security, cybersecurity, and risk management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing robust security controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding critical business systems and data.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead cybersecurity operations, including risk assessments and incident response
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security requirements
- Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance security posture
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend preventive security measures
- Oversee enterprise security architecture and governance frameworks
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity roles
• Strong hands-on experience with security frameworks, controls, and compliance
• Knowledge of risk management, audits, and incident handling
• Familiarity with cloud and enterprise security environments
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Experience in leadership or senior security roles
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
