We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – IT Audit & Risk Advisory for the Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements across ITGC audits, IT Application Controls, process reviews, SOX 404 audits, and SOP reviews while managing high-performing audit teams and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and review client engagements related to ITGC, IT Application Controls, SOX 404 audits, process reviews, and SOP reviews.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and conduct detailed review of workpapers.
- Identify engagement risks proactively and escalate issues appropriately.
- Build and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders, including functional heads and key influencers.
- Support Partners and senior leadership in developing methodologies and internal initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members while fostering a positive learning culture.
- Manage engagement teams of 3-4 members to ensure timely audit completion.
- Handle multiple assignments effectively and manage ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- Present audit observations and recommendations to Board of Directors, CTOs, CIOs, and senior management.
- Utilize MS Office and GRC tools effectively for audit management and reporting.
- Communicate openly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Coach and mentor team members while ensuring optimum engagement delivery.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and work ethics.
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in IT Audit, ITGC, SOX 404 audits, IT Application Controls, and Risk Advisory.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and drive results independently.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office tools and GRC platforms.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from office 5 days a week.
• Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Qualified CA, MBA, BTech, or BE.
• Preferred certifications include CISA or equivalent IT audit/risk certifications.
