Job Description:
Flint International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Monitoring Team Lead to oversee our security operations center (SOC) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Monitoring Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of security analysts, managing security incidents, and ensuring the effectiveness of our security monitoring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security analysts, providing guidance and support in monitoring security events and incidents.
  • Develop and implement monitoring strategies and procedures to detect and respond to security threats effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze security trends and provide recommendations for enhancing the organization’s security posture.
  • Manage and maintain security monitoring tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or QRadar.
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or GDPR.
