Saviynt SME (Senior Subject Matter Expert) – Bangalore – 8 to 15 Years Experience
Job Description
Cognizant is expanding its Cybersecurity and Identity teams and is urgently hiring experienced Saviynt Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This role requires deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with strong hands-on implementation experience.
The selected candidate will lead technical delivery, manage complex Saviynt implementations, and support enterprise IAM transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact role within large-scale security programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Saviynt implementation and configuration projects
- Design and deploy Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
- Manage user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role modeling
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications and directories
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Guide technical teams and oversee delivery execution
- Ensure compliance with IAM governance and regulatory standards
Job Requirements
• 8–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management
• Strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementation and support
• Proven experience leading technical delivery in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of identity governance, access controls, and compliance
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud and on-premise systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Entra ID or other directory services
• Knowledge of related security domains such as network security
• Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or Saviynt certifications preferred)
• Experience in large enterprise or managed service environments
