Demmisto Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and experienced Cyber Security Instructors to deliver practical, hands-on cybersecurity training to IT professionals and aspiring security analysts.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, real-world exposure to VAPT, and the ability to simplify complex networking and security concepts for beginners. This role focuses on practical demonstrations, lab-based learning, and mentoring students step-by-step to build strong cybersecurity foundations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals and advanced concepts.
- Teach networking concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner.
- Provide practical exposure to VAPT through labs, live projects, bug bounty insights, and security assessments.
- Mentor students individually and guide them through real-world scenarios.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and ensure concept clarity.
- Support learners in building strong technical and analytical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends.
Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience in VAPT (labs, live projects, bug bounty programs, or security assessments).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Comfortable guiding beginners step-by-step with practical demonstrations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a cybersecurity trainer or mentor.
• Exposure to real-world incident handling or security operations.
