Job Description
HackerBook Technologies is expanding its Cyber Security team and is looking for enthusiastic Cyber Security Lab Mentors to support practical training sessions. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to build their careers in a technical mentoring environment.
The selected candidates will assist students during lab sessions, guide them through hands-on exercises, and ensure smooth execution of cybersecurity practical modules.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students during cybersecurity lab sessions and practical exercises.
- Provide guidance on networking, system administration, and basic security concepts.
- Support trainers in conducting hands-on demonstrations.
- Help troubleshoot lab-related technical issues.
- Ensure lab infrastructure and tools are functioning properly.
- Encourage best practices in cybersecurity and ethical conduct.
Job Requirements
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with CCNA, SOC basics, or ethical hacking tools (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity domain.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CCNA, or CSA (Certified SOC Analyst).
• Exposure to practical labs in networking or security tools.
• Internship or project experience in cybersecurity.
