WINDOWS L3 Engineer – Pune – 5 to 12 Years Experience

Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for a Windows L3 Engineer to join our team at Pune (Khadki) or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows server technologies, virtualization, cloud platforms, and related infrastructure. This role involves managing and troubleshooting complex Windows environments, working on various projects, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Active Directory.
• Work extensively with MS vSphere, Hyper-V, and Cloud technologies such as AWS and OCI.
• Handle DNS, WAF, Windows licensing, and VM creation.
• Perform server hardening and manage storage, including checking mapped storage on Hyper-V.
• Manage IIS, Failover Clustering, File Servers, and SSL Certificates.
• Coordinate with application vendors for support and updates.
• Perform physical server firmware updates, manage Windows and network firewalls, and handle proxies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Perform Windows patching, IP addressing, subnetting, and AD management.
• Manage Group Policies, FSMO Roles, server migrations, and server health monitoring.
• Work on SSO OCI, AD Replication, Multi-Forest Management, and configure transit networks.
