Job Description
Orbus International is hiring a Vulnerability Management Consultant to enhance security measures, implement actionable security controls, and support IT teams. This role involves hands-on technical work, stakeholder collaboration, and risk management in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support IT teams in implementing security controls, processes, and procedures.
- Translate security controls into actionable tasks with clear action plans.
- Automate and define workflows for control monitoring.
- Increase cybersecurity awareness among IT teams and management.
- Assist in security solution architecture and design phases.
- Perform risk analysis, prioritization, and remediation of critical issues.
- Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders through weekly/monthly reporting.
- Perform hands-on implementation of security controls when necessary.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and IT security incident management.
• Hands-on expertise with PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of security controls and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a strong plus.
