Skill Quotient Technologies is hiring for a Vulnerability Assessment Analyst role for our leading MNC client in KL, Malaysia. We are seeking Malaysia-based candidates who are citizens, permanent residents, or have a valid visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications and infrastructure.
  • Administer and manage vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Burp Suite, etc.
  • Perform code reviews and identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with OWASP Top 10, CVSS, NIST, and other security standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security testing into the software development lifecycle.
Job Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, GWAPT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security testing.
• Familiarity with security testing tools like dynamic/interactive/static analysis scanners and penetration testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of OWASP ASVS, CVE/CWE, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in administering Tenable, Qualys, or Burp Suite.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle and methodologies.
• Familiarity with RMIT standards.
