Work Experience – 5+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, business development, partner management and account management.
Responsibilities –
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating with start-ups accounts; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Analyzing the market and creating reports that focus on client needs, solutions offering and support.
- Working on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans
- Assessing company objectives and current sales trends to recognize new business opportunities and growth potential.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients, responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
- Managing the incubation and selection process of startups, starting from Call for applications, evaluations, and funding process
- Managing relationships and mentoring portfolio of cyber security startups
- Coordination for all the related processes such as performance reviews, investment evaluations, mentoring processes, etc. for the startup cohorts
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
- Conducting and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Lead and support other outreach and branding activities under different projects and leading affiliate tasks.
- Any other assigned task
Eligibility –
- Graduate from a premier institute, preferably an B. Tech with MBA
- 5+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, business development, partner management and account management.
- Demonstrated experience in winning and retaining clients and establishing relationships with partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Familiarity with market research tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented, possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
- Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Travel – As and when required, across the country for project execution and monitoring as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams
