Job Description

We are seeking a skilled VMware Specialist with hands-on experience in VMware vSphere, Horizon, UEM, and Appstack. The ideal candidate will have installation experience in HCI (VMware vSAN, VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix, etc.), and possess knowledge in networking. You will be responsible for supporting customers based on ticket assignments and troubleshooting issues across all the above technologies. A strong capability to learn and an enthusiasm for new technologies is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon, UEM, and Appstack.
  • Installation experience in HCI (VMware vSAN, VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix, etc.).
  • Provide customer support based on ticket assignments.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to VMware and associated technologies.
  • Stay updated and continuously learn about new technologies.
Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon, UEM, and Appstack.
• Installation experience in HCI (VMware vSAN, VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix, etc.).
• Knowledge of networking.
• Experience in customer support and ticket-based issue resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in the specified technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in VMware technologies.
• Additional experience with desktop virtualization, VDI, and App Virtualization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
