Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote support environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
