Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at eScan Cyber Security Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network functionality, and ensure seamless communication with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems and the ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to clients within the Ahmedabad area or within a 50km radius.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the functioning and troubleshooting of network systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation as needed.
Job Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Relevant certification in CCNA, Hardware & Networking, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of network functioning and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in related fields.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and solutions.
