Job Description

Triac Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Information Technology Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure and lead critical projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in IT systems, cloud services, network management, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities:

Technical Management:

  • Oversee and manage Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS.
  • Handle Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Office 365 Admin Center, and the latest Linux Server OS.
  • Manage AWS services (EC2, Security Groups, S3, RDS) and Microsoft Azure environments.

Infrastructure and Network:

  • Configure and manage network components, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Palo Alto firewalls, and Cisco routers and switches.
  • Implement and manage security systems, Conditional Access Policies, and IP Cloud Telephony integrated with Teams.
  • Handle virtualization technologies, Veritas Backup Exec, Altaro Backup & Replication, and IP Cloud Telephony.

Project Involvement:

  • Participate in ongoing and upcoming IT projects, providing technical support, documentation, and coordination with clients and suppliers.
  • Document and maintain records of all computer systems and network infrastructure.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Resolve complex issues related to IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system alerts and manage service thresholds.
Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 12+ years in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and management with hands-on experience in Microsoft and non-Microsoft products, network management, and cloud services.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, AWS, Linux servers, and advanced backup solutions.
• Experience with project management and working with solution partners and systems integrators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certification, Microsoft Azure Certification.
• Availability for additional hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, and after regular working hours as needed.
• Preference for Bahraini candidates.
