Job Description
Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead our Security Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing SOC operations, developing security strategies, and ensuring effective incident response.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage SOC operations and staff.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and alerts.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to enhance security measures.
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
• 10 to 11 years of experience in SOC management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and practices.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Advanced degree in Information Security or a related field.
