Job Description

As a SOC Manager at Infovision HR Consulting Services, you will lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the security and monitoring of information systems across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing incident detection and response, managing the SOC team, and implementing security strategies to safeguard against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the SOC team to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
  • Develop and enforce SOC processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate security incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor security tools and systems for potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Report security incidents and vulnerabilities to management and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on security strategies and objectives.
Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a Security Operations Center or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SOC processes, cybersecurity principles, and incident response techniques.
• Experience with security monitoring tools, SIEM systems, and threat detection technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience in security operations in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of successful team management and project delivery.
