We have an open position for a SOC Manager in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of solid experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) and be able to join immediately. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the SOC team and operations.
- Develop and implement SOC processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SOC team.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of solid SOC experience.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and tools.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a SOC team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
• Experience with incident response and threat management.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
