Job Description
We are seeking experienced SOC professionals with expertise in Azure Sentinel to join our teams in Bangalore (Hebbal) and Navi Mumbai (Mahape). As a SOC Analyst & Manager (P5), you will lead a team of analysts, manage customer relations, and identify opportunities for training and upskilling within the team. This role requires a strong understanding of security trends and proactive engagement with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor SOC analysts
- Liaise with customers regarding current security trends
- Identify and implement training opportunities for team members
- Ensure the team is equipped to handle security incidents in real-time
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security measures align with business goals
Job Requirements
• 10 to 15 years of experience in SOC operations and management
• Expertise in Azure Sentinel and other SOC tools
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction
• Ability to lead a team and provide effective training
• Proven experience in handling security incidents
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in SOC-related tools and technologies
• Prior experience managing large teams in a SOC environment
• Knowledge of current security threats and best practices
