SOC Analyst [Level 2] – Mumbai – 2 to 4 Years Experience
Job Description
NTT DATA is actively hiring for SOC Level 2 Analysts to strengthen our Security Operations Center team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced cybersecurity professionals to take the lead in threat analysis and incident response activities within a globally recognized organization.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and respond to security incidents escalated from L1
- Perform in-depth threat analysis using Splunk and other tools
- Create and fine-tune detection rules for SIEM
- Assist in improving playbooks and incident response protocols
- Document findings and share insights with cross-functional teams
Job Requirements
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification – Mandatory
• Proficiency with Splunk and familiarity with SIEM platforms
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, tactics, and procedures
• Experience in incident triage and handling
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Exposure to frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence
