SOC Analyst [Level 2] – Chennai – 5 to 10 Years Experience
Job Description
Global NTT is actively seeking experienced SOC Analysts (Level 2) to join our cybersecurity team in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global security operations team, using leading-edge tools and methodologies to defend against threats.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools
- Perform vulnerability assessments and manage remediation tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess security posture and improve controls
- Implement and manage SOAR platforms for automated response
- Escalate complex incidents and coordinate investigations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC environment
• Proficiency with any SIEM tool (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.)
• Experience with SOAR platforms and automation tools
• Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment processes
• Ability to respond to and analyze security incidents efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
• Security certifications (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, GCIA)
• Experience in scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
