Job Description
We’re Hiring: SOC Analyst L2 at TechDefence Labs Solutions Private Limited!
As an SOC Analyst L2, you will be a key member of our cybersecurity team, responsible for monitoring and analyzing security incidents, responding to threats, and ensuring the security of our clients’ systems. This position requires a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a similar role, with immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from various security tools and systems
- Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents
- Work closely with other IT and security teams to ensure coordinated response to threats
- Maintain and update security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a SOC analyst role
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site and respond to incidents as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
• Experience with threat hunting and advanced persistent threats (APTs)
• Familiarity with cloud security practices
• Previous experience in a similar industry or sector
