Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced SIEM Engineer to join our team in one of the Big 4 companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with the SIEM identity platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform SIEM configuration management and troubleshooting, addressing complex issues, and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Onboard security log data sources and develop new and custom parsers.
  • Conduct SIEM architecture assessments, content baseline assessments, and design reviews.
  • Utilize extensive experience in security technologies, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), IDS/IPS, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proxy, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Anti-Virus, Sandboxing, network- and host-based firewalls, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, and more.
Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in security information and/or technology engineering support.
• Experience interpreting, searching, and manipulating data within enterprise logging solutions (e.g., SIEM, IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, workflow, and automation).
• Ethical hacking and information security certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, SANS, etc.
• SIEM certifications such as Splunk Architecture, HP ArcSight, IBM QRadar certified, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GCIH, GMON, GCDA, GPEN, GCFA, GCTI.
• Experience with major SIEM tools like Splunk, HP ArcSight, IBM QRadar, etc.
• Background in ethical hacking and threat intelligence.
