Job Description:
Shield Byte InfoSec Pvt Ltd is seeking an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position involves working on information security, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance. The role may require occasional short-term travel within or outside India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the ISO 27001:2013 framework, controls, objectives, and documentation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the ISO 27001 framework.
  • Managing asset management and risk management frameworks, including drafting risk registers.
  • Overseeing incident management and maintaining incident trackers.
  • Conducting internal and external audits.
  • Delivering reports detailing findings and recommendations for information security programs to meet client security and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience in IT and/or Security.
  • 6 months of experience in security or risk management, performing security assessments in a client-facing/consulting role (Freshers can apply).
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with excellent writing skills for report delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and present information clearly.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle various situations.
  • Availability for on-project travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
  • Additional certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.
