Outworks Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security analysis, specifically with PAM (Privileged Access Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and QRADAR tools. This is an office-based role, and the final interview round will be conducted face-to-face (F2F).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security systems using QRADAR SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
  • Implement and manage PAM and DLP solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks and threats.
  • Prepare and present security reports to management.
Job Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in security analysis.
• Proficiency with QRADAR, PAM, and DLP tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Experience in security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of advanced threat detection and mitigation techniques.
