Job Description

ClearLite INC is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to lead and conduct advanced vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, with a focus on cloud environments, particularly AWS. The role involves analyzing security frameworks, identifying potential risks, and advising on mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  • Manage and improve AWS cloud security controls.
  • Oversee container security and CI pipeline security.
  • Handle disaster recovery plans and log monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to mitigate identified risks.
Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT security and penetration testing.
• Expertise in cloud security, especially AWS, and cloud security tools (e.g., Amazon Cognito, Security Hub).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Ruby, Perl, C, and C++.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, and other protocols.
• Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, OpenVAS).
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2).

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of web application security (e.g., OWASP Top Ten, web app and API testing).
• Advanced understanding of SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and buffer overflow techniques.
• Experience in managing disaster recovery and incident response.
