Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers and WAF, Cisco Networks, and Cisco Wireless Technologies.
  • Ensure ITIL compliance and apply relevant experience in network management.
  • Support phone systems, with a bonus for experience in Avaya Networks.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering.
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers and WAF, Cisco Networks, and Cisco Wireless Technologies.
• ITIL certification or relevant experience.
• Experience with phone systems (Avaya Network experience is a bonus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate availability to join.
• Experience with Avaya Networks.
• ITIL certification.
• Proven track record in managing and maintaining Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Networks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
