Ark Infotech Spectrum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join their client team in Sacramento, CA. This hybrid role requires working onsite three days per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong cybersecurity expertise and a proactive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity tools and protocols.
- Conduct threat analysis and incident response.
- Support compliance with internal and regulatory security requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on security best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and assessments.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in a cybersecurity analyst or similar role.
• Familiarity with threat detection, SIEM tools, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Sacramento).
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise-level cybersecurity tools.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.).
