Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a diligent Security & Compliance (S&C) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting risk assessment and management for Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Regulatory risks. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk profiles and mitigation plans, manage controls optimization, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Support risk assessment and management for Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Regulatory risks.
  • Review new projects for Information risks and advise on suitable controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk profiles and mitigation plans.
  • Manage controls optimization and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise on Information security.
Job Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Information security and risk management.
• Strong understanding of IT security standards, compliance, and controls.
• Familiarity with industry standards like ISO27001, PCI DSS, etc.
• Technical knowledge in areas like Infrastructure security, Identity Access Management, and Cloud security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM certifications preferred.
