Job Description
StackHire Ltd is urgently seeking a SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ. This role demands immediate availability and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on application onboarding and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Gather application onboarding requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements and define the scope of work for onboarding.
- Design workflows, access policies, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes in SailPoint IIQ.
- Configure SailPoint IIQ to support application onboarding.
- End-to-end design of workflows for various user lifecycle events.
- Request access for roles and entitlements with multi-level approval processes and email notifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of SailPoint IIQ configurations and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth deployment of SailPoint IIQ configurations.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.
- Provide training and support on SailPoint IIQ functionality to end-users and application owners.
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams for technical specifications.
- Ensure gathered requirements align with the organization’s IAM strategy.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SQL).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of total IAM experience with 4+ years as a SailPoint IIQ Architect focusing on application onboarding.
• In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and its components.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SQL).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect certification
• Hands-on experience in web services, XML, SOAP, and JMS
• Custom connector development experience
• Experience being part of an RFP response team
