Job Description

We are currently looking for a Pre Sales Engineer for a leading system-integrated IT MNC company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with the Sales/Technical team to understand customer requirements, conduct site surveys, and develop tailored Datacenter, ELV, and Passive solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Provide deep technical knowledge on datacenter infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cooling, power, fire alarm, access control, surveillance systems, Data Center Relocation or Organizing, and passive components such as cabling and racking.
  • Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals, including technical specifications, diagrams, and cost estimates, to support the sales process.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our datacenter and passive solutions.
  • RFP and RFI Responses: Lead the response to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and accurate submission of technical documentation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, training, enablement, and provide customer support.
Job Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure and passive solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop technical proposals and documentation.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Data Center Relocation or Organizing.
• Prior experience in the IT industry, especially with system-integrated solutions.
