LTIMindtree is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in various systems. This role involves performing penetration testing, security assessments, and collaborating with different teams to enhance our security posture.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct penetration testing on applications, networks, and systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and report security vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement security testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving security measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings.
Job Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in penetration testing or related fields.
• Proficiency in using penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, web application security, and security frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
