Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to join our dynamic team at Softenger in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers using tools like Nagios, Solar Winds, and Zabbix.
  • Detect and respond to network and system alerts, proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Provide 24 x 7 support in a rotating shift environment.
Job Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a NOC environment.
• Proficiency with network and server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Solar Winds, Zabbix).
• Ability to work in a 24 x 7 support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
