Job Description
Flint International is currently seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer L3 to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer security operations, providing support, and serving as an escalation point for complex security issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote or onsite security operation and support.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex security problems.
- Act as Level 3 (L3) support and escalation point.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex customer network security problems.
- Ensure major customer network security problems are properly and quickly resolved.
- Act as a focal point for all network security problem resolution.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent years of related experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and high attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of successful project management in the field of network security.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Fluency in Arabic language is a plus.
