Job Description

Zelis is seeking a proactive NOC Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. As a NOC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining our network operations center (NOC) to ensure the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure and services.
Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring network and system alerts to identify and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  • Responding to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs to minimize downtime.
  • Performing routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of network components and systems.
  • Documenting incidents, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a NOC or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident and change management.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
