Greetings from E-IT! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position, providing the opportunity to work from anywhere in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions.
  • Monitor network traffic for security incidents and events.
  • Respond to security breaches and manage incident response.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure network architectures.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest security technologies and threats.
Job Requirements

• Proven experience (5 to 14 years) as a Network Security Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCNP Security.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with SIEM solutions and threat intelligence platforms.
