Job Description

CyberNxt Solutions LLP is seeking a skilled Network Security Analyst to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our LAN/WAN network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues while providing Level 1 support.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage day-to-day network activities for the Enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Analyze network resource utilization (RAM, CPU, bandwidth) and troubleshoot latency or connectivity issues.
  • Provide Level 1 support for troubleshooting network-related issues.
  • Perform regular network maintenance, system upgrades, and implement security configurations.
  • Collaborate with ISPs, clients, and onsite teams for P2P, MPLS, VPN, and other connection implementations.
  • Work with TCP/IP, IP addressing, Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Identify and resolve network issues proactively.
Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP in routing and switching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
