Job Description

Cygnus Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. We are a leading IT MNC specializing in cutting-edge network solutions. This role is crucial for the design, planning, and implementation of advanced network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network solutions using Cisco IOSXR, SDN, ASR 9000, and NX-OS technologies.
  • Deploy and manage Cisco Nexus 9K, 7K, and 5K switches in NX-OS and ACI environments.
  • Handle Data Center networks and protocols including BGP, OSPF, MPLS-VPN, VXLAN/EVPN, and DMVPN.
  • Configure and manage Virtual Port Channels (VPC), and develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Work with Catalyst and Nexus platforms, as well as Cisco operating systems (IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR, NX-OS, and ACI).
Job Requirements

• Proven experience with Cisco networking technologies (minimum 2-4 years).
• Strong expertise in network design and implementation, especially with Cisco Nexus and ACI.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Center networks, including protocols like BGP, OSPF, and MPLS-VPN.
• Familiarity with network virtualization technologies such as VXLAN/EVPN and DMVPN.
• Experience in developing network design documentation (HLD and LLD).

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are highly desirable.
• Prior experience in similar roles within a Data Center environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
