Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer L2/L3 to join our team at Targus Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and be capable of installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls. You will be responsible for implementing a robust network infrastructure tailored to the organizational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and manage network infrastructure based on organizational needs
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform upgrades as necessary
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network solutions
- Maintain network security by configuring and monitoring security measures
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, specifically at the L2/L3 level
• Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with network security practices and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or similar)
• Experience with cloud networking solutions
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting
