Job Description

The Network Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure, including IP Telephony, Routing and Switching, and basic Security across all group sites and user connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain network systems, including IP Telephony, Routing, and Switching.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers, L2/L3 Switches, and Firewalls.
  • Manage Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco Call Manager.
  • Configure and manage Wireless technologies.
  • Set up and manage remote and Site-to-Site VPNs.
  • Work with routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and HSRP.
  • Ensure proper VLAN configuration, subnetting, VPN, load balancing, and VSS.
Job Requirements

• Professional expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Extensive experience with Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco Call Manager.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Wireless technologies.
• Strong experience in setting up and managing remote and Site-to-Site VPNs.
• Solid working knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and HSRP.
• Good understanding of VLANs, subnetting, VPN, load balancing, and VSS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
• Experience with network security protocols and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
