MCGBS is seeking skilled Network Engineers to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing large and complex networks. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage large, complex networks.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and configure network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance network performance.
  • Document network configurations and updates.
  • Participate in network planning and implementation projects.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, or in similar roles.
• Proven experience in operating large and complex networks.
• Deep understanding of the functionality of switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• One or more of the following certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, or VCDX.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications and specialized training in network technologies.
• Experience with network automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
