L3 Security Operations Analyst – India – 5 to 8 Years Experience
Job Description
Stickman Cyber is urgently seeking skilled L3 Security Operations Analysts to join our team remotely. We are looking for professionals from India and Nepal with immediate availability to contribute to our cybersecurity operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead incident detection, response, and mitigation for complex security issues.
- Mentor and guide L1 and L2 analysts in handling advanced incidents.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve security events using SIEM tools and threat intelligence.
- Create and implement advanced security strategies to reduce risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security protocols are followed.
Job Requirements
• Strong experience in Security Operations, particularly in handling advanced incidents at L3 level.
• Expertise with SIEM, IDS/IPS, forensic tools, and endpoint security solutions.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and advanced incident response processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or other advanced cybersecurity credentials.
• Experience in SOC leadership or managing security teams.
• Proficient in developing and optimizing security protocols and documentation.
