Job Description

Wipro Ltd. is hiring L3 Network Security Engineers to join our team. We are looking for professionals with expertise in Cisco Firewalls and associated technologies. If you are a network security expert with the ability to handle advanced security challenges, this is an exciting opportunity for you. Immediate joiners with notice periods of less than one month are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot advanced Cisco Firewalls (ASA, FTD) and tools such as FMC and FMT.
  • Lead and execute firewall migration projects using Firewall Migration Tools (FMT).
  • Provide expert-level support for secondary firewalls, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortinet.
  • Proactively monitor and enhance network security to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve security-related issues efficiently.
  • Document and maintain best practices for network security operations.
Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of advanced experience with Cisco Firewalls (ASA, FTD, FMC, FMT).
• Hands-on expertise in network security protocols and firewall migration tools.
• Proficiency in at least one secondary firewall platform such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or Fortinet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNP Security, Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent.
• Experience managing security in large enterprise environments.
