Job Description

Halian is urgently hiring for an experienced L3 Network Engineer specializing in Cisco technologies. This role requires immediate availability and the ability to travel. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting and maintaining Cisco network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert administration of Cisco network stacks, including switching, routing, ACI, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and execute necessary changes in the network environment.
  • Manage and support data center network components and cloud networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of network infrastructure.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Cisco network support.
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking, including experience with switching, routing, ACI, and load balancers.
• Proficiency in managing data center network components and cloud networking.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL tools and processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) with experience using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to join immediately and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP or CCIE certification.
• Experience with Cisco UCS and Voice technologies.
• Familiarity with data center operations and cloud environments.
