L2 Security Operations Analyst – India – 4 to 7 Years Experience
Job Description
Stickman Cyber is actively hiring experienced L2 Security Operations Analysts to join our remote team. We are seeking talented professionals from India and Nepal who are ready to make an impact in the cybersecurity field. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to advanced security incidents.
- Perform deep analysis of security events and escalate as necessary.
- Collaborate with L1 analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Enhance security processes and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Create and maintain documentation for incident management and resolutions.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in Security Operations, particularly at L2 level.
• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex security incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
• Experience in mentoring or guiding L1 SOC analysts.
• Strong knowledge of incident response and threat analysis.
